Originally this piece was used to map the contour of the eye when paired with a camera. Now it has been adapted as a mesmerizing light fixture. It actually pumps out a good amount of light to do some low light tasks like change records giving enough light to do little tasks . Good as an ambient centerpiece and yet functional as well.
